The ZR2005A type CNC composite twisting machine is a new generation series product developed by our company based on the ZR2001 one-step CNC twisting machine. Compared with similar composite twisting machines at home and abroad, this machine has the following features: metal box structure, double-sided single-layer, dragon belt drive, electrical connection and plug assembly, integrated mechanical-electrical-hydraulic system; the product has large roll capacity, high speed, constant line speed, drum and roller winding, uniform twisting, improvement of yarn quality, etc. It also adopts computer tracking display for initial and secondary twisting spindle speed, and CNC forming; the entire machine has reasonable transmission, compact structure, and a beautiful appearance, and can be comparable to international similar products. The model design adopts clutch for winding roller, adjustable air ring control mechanism, single dragon belt transmission mechanism, etc. These new technologies are the main technical equipment and upgrade replacement choice for CNC twisting machines in the weaving industry after China's accession to the WTO.

This product has been fully put into production and application, and the quality of the finished products is good, meeting the export yarn standards. Currently, the yarn export rate is above 95%.
