This machine is a new model developed by our company based on the advantages of various domestic and foreign winding machines. It incorporates advanced numerical control technology, replacing the traditional mechanical transmission method of the bobbin cam. With a well-designed concept, it significantly simplifies the mechanical structure, making the overall appearance more refined and beautiful. It adopts single-spindle independent transmission, and can control the line speed at a constant or variable rate according to different process requirements by using CPU and variable frequency speed regulation.

The control system combines group control and single control, and the touch screen displays data. Each spindle's main motor and overfeed motor are controlled by separate frequency converters, ensuring that the overfeed ratio remains optimal during the start-up, operation, and stop periods, eliminating the defects such as tangled yarn, broken yarn, and poor formation that occur during start-up and stop processes due to excessive or insufficient overfeeding. This makes the operation and use more convenient and simple, with uniform formation, strong air permeability, and uniform dyeing performance.

The new tension adjustment device enables the tension of the yarn to gradually decrease as the diameter of the yarn tube increases, maintaining the optimal tension at all times.

A high-sensitivity yarn break self-stop device is adopted, and the setting and display of single-spindle length measurement and line speed can be realized.

This machine is suitable for both loose and tight winding of various short-fiber and long-fiber yarns.
