Product Description
The ZR2004 high-speed winding machine is a new generation product newly developed by our company in the wire manufacturing series. This machine is suitable for winding sewing thread, embroidery thread, nylon thread, etc. It features a computer automatic control system, variable frequency speed regulation, slot tube type wire guiding device, electromagnetic tension control, oil pump circulation type oil application device, etc. It has good forming, high efficiency, convenient operation, safety and reliability, and wide application range. The maximum winding line speed can reach 1000 meters per minute.
