ZR2006 TYPE PRECISE WINDING MACHINE

ZR2006 type precise winding machine is the new generation of our company and manufactured on basis of features of advanced cone dyeing machine at home and abroad. We assimilate the excellence of domestic winding machine and technique of digit control overseas. The machine is reasonable in structure and good looking for digit control technique and coated iron plate shell. Every spindle works separately, rotation speed is consistent in every stage for the digit frequency adjustable and CPU control speed technique.
The main motor and the roller motor adopt the separately speed-adjustor control, make the main motor and the roller speed start up, operate, and stop can be application. Compare with other precision winding machine, this machine conquered the yarn mix-up, yarn broke, bad shaping while in the process of start-up, and stop roller the speed too big, make the machine operating, use more conveniently and concisely, nice cone shaping.
The machine is suitable for both hard and soft cone winding of all kinds of filament, especially the hard and soft cone of small filament ,mousseline. cone rigidity HP5 can be less than 15. It prepares for cone dyeing and unwinding in ribbon (cone unwinding speed can reach 800m/min).


Show board key software can be made according to needs, adjustment and control; memory is included.
