ZRS 2009 TYPE PRECISE WINDING MACHINE
This machine is a new generation model that we develop and absorbs the advantages of all kinds winding machine at home and abroad. It adopts advanced numerical control technology which has altered the traditional way of cam mechanical drive, reasonable design concept, dramatically simplify mechanical structure, good looking for the general appearance. Each spindle works separately. According to the process demand, it maintains constant linear velocity or variable linear velocity control by CPU and frequency conversion speed regulator.
It adopts single and group control combine system, touch screen operation panel. Main motor and over- feed motor for each spindle are controlled by individual frequency converter to keep the best over -feed rate during start up, running and stop, overcome the yarn mix-up, yarn broke and bad shape , easily operate, nice shape, highly air permeability and the uniform dyeing properties.
The bigger winding ring bobbin diameter is, the smaller thread tension, The new thread tension regulator keep the thread at best tension.
It has sensitive automatic stop motion, length counter for each spindle and shows the linear velocity settings.
The machine is suitable for all kinds of spun and filament yarn to wind the soft and hard cone.
