The ZR2001B type CNC composite winding machine is a new generation of one-step coarse yarn production product developed and produced by our company in the series of one-step CNC winding machines. Compared with similar composite winding machines at home and abroad, this machine has the following features: metal box structure, double-sided double-layer, dragon belt drive, broken wire indication, electrical connection combination, integrated mechanical-electrical-hydraulic system; the product has large roll capacity, high speed, constant yarn speed and other process characteristics, and adopts computer tracking display for initial and re-winding spindle speeds and CNC forming; the entire machine has reasonable transmission, compact structure, beautiful appearance, and can be comparable to international similar products, being the main technical equipment and upgrade replacement preferred CNC winding machine product in the weaving industry after China's accession to the WTO.

This product has been fully put into production and application, and the quality of the finished products is good, meeting the export yarn standards. Currently, the yarn output rate is above 95%.
