The ZR2001A type CNC compound twisting machine is a new generation product developed and produced by our company within the series of one-step CNC twisting machines. This machine is superior to similar domestic and foreign compound twisting machines in the following aspects: it features a metal box structure, double-sided and double-layer design, dragon belt drive, wire break indication, electrical connection and plug assembly, and integration of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems. The product has characteristics such as large roll capacity, high speed, and constant line speed, and it adopts computer tracking display for initial and re-twisting spindle speeds, as well as numerical control forming. The entire machine has a reasonable transmission system, a compact structure, a beautiful appearance, and can be comparable to international similar products. It is the main technical equipment and preferred numerical control twisting machine product for the weaving industry after China's accession to the WTO.

This product has been fully put into application, and the quality of the finished products is good, meeting the standards for export yarns. Currently, the yarn production rate is above 95%.
